Vegan Spaghetti & Veggie Meat Balls

3 cups my veggie ground (see my “Veggie Ground” Recipe Linked On This Video)
4 tbls chickpea flour
1 tbls ground flax
½ tsp garlic granules
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Your favorite oil-free, refined sugar-free pasta sauce

Your favorite wheat-free, rice-free pasta

Mix veggie ground beef, chickpea flour, ground flax and spices. Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Makes approximately 16 balls.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Boil your pasta according to package instructions and drain.
Heat or make your tomato sauce.
Top your pasta with sauce, veggies meat balls, and cheese sauce (see my “cheese” Short)
