pumpkin chocolate chip (makes 2 ramekins)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 1/4 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 banana
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
130 ml fairlife milk
1 tbsp chocolate chips


strawberry (makes 2 ramekins)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 1/4 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 whole banana
130 ml fairlife milk
1 tbsp white chocolate chips
strawberry compote



strawberry compote
1/4 cup diced strawberry
3 tbsp zero cal monk fruit sweetener
juice of half a lime
cook on medium to low heat until strawberries soften and conistency thickens


bake for 30 mins at 350F
