Biscoff & banana meal prep baked oats!
Makes 3-5 servings (depending on appetite):
▫️ 200g rolled oats
▫️ 2 bananas, plus extra to decorate
▫️ 60g @myprotein salted caramel soy protein
▫️ 420ml water/almond milk
▫️ 1 tsp baking powder
▫️ 1 tsp cinnamon
▫️ 3 lotus biscuits
▫️ 1 tbsp biscoff, melted
Bake at 180C for 35-40 mins and you’re good to go! Simply store the rest in the fridge and either microwave your portion when you want it for 1 min, or have cold for an oat bar vibe. ENJOY. #veganuary2024 #veganuary #veganrecipes #veganfood #foodie
