High protein carrot cake baked oats

Ingredients:
- 50g blended oats
- 15g @myvegan Cereal Milk Impact Vegan Protein
- 25g grated carrot
- Pinch salt
- 1tsp baking powder
- 120ml liquid
- @myprotein Butterscotch Syrup, to top
- Plant-based yoghurt, to top
Method:
1️. Combine all of the above ingredients and transfer to a ramekin
2️. Bake in the oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes
3. Top with Syrup and yoghurt
