Vegan/vegetarian black bean and tofu burger with crispy tofu fries

1. Mix 125g crumbled firm tofu (~10g protein) with 1 cup canned black beans or chickpeas (~10g protein). Grind them in food processor for a fine texture, and then move them into a bowl.
2. Add 1 chopped jalepeno, 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, cumin and coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Form into patties. Spray some oil and sprinkle panko breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crisp)
3. Heat a pan over medium, spray with oil, and cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
4. Toss 125g firm tofu cut into fries (~10g protein) with 1-2 tsp oil, ¼ tsp cumin, ¼ tsp paprika, salt, and pepper. Air-fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
5. Toast burger bun in the same pan used for the patties.
6. Spread some cilantro chutney on each bun. Add greens, place the patty on top, sprinkle with a pinch of chaat masala, and add more chutney if desired.
7. Serve the burgers with tofu fries on the side.
