Ingredients:
1/3 cup of Bethany's Pantry Digestive Support Vanilla Protein - https://nuzest-usa.com/products/digestive-support-protein
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup cashew butter
raw honey (or vegan alt)
melted chocolate of choice

Method:
Mix protein powder with coconut four until well combined, then add water and mix until you form a crumble. Add cashew butter and mix with a fork (it will still seem a bit "crumbly"). Using clean hands, smush dough to form one large ball - this will create your dough. Then roll into 7 mini balls and press each into a mini cupcake tin sprayed with oil. Press into each ball to create a cavity, then add 1 tsp of raw honey into each cavity. Place cupcake tin in the freezer for about 15 minutes and melt your chocolate while you wait. Remove tin from the freezer and cover each cup with melted chocolate, top with sea salt (optional) and place back in the freezer for about 10 minutes or until chocolate has hardened. Store in the refrigerator.
