Summer rosemary vegetable skewers as a vegetarian BBQ alternative.

Recipe:
- Rosemary sprigs
- Zucchini
- Yellow and red peppers
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Halloumi and /or smoked tofu

For the marinade:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lupine seasoning (alternatively soy sauce)
- Fresh herbs (summer savory, basil, ...)

Per skewer you need 100g of vegetables and 50g of tofu and / or halloumi cheese.
Make sure to use similar firm vegetables. Be sure to pre-cook firm vegetables such as fennel, pumpkin or carrot. Marinate the vegetables for at least 30 minutes before skewering.
The skewers can be put on the grill at the same time as the meat, as they take the same amount of time as the meat. If the grill is not large enough, the skewers can alternatively be placed in the oven.
