Breakfast for health♥️
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 cup roll oats
1 Teaspoon maple syrup- any sweetener of your choice
1/2 Teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon Greek yogurt- unflavor one
1 Teaspoon peanut butter
Toppings:
Fruit of your choice
Drizzle with melted chocolate
Procedure:
Per serving in a jar pour milk,chia seeds ,roll oats,maple syrup,cocoa powder,yogurt and peanut butter mix until all in a good combine.
If the consistent too thick add 100 ml of milk depends to your preference how liquidy or creamy you like.The oats always absorb the liquid.Then let it set in a fridge for 2 hours or overnight mine I keep in a fridge for overnight.Then you can decide if you add more milk or not.
For the toppings add of your favorite fruits and for melted chocolate is just optional.
