Use this Homemade Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup recipe for those favorite recipes instead of a store bought can. It’s gluten free and easy to make.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Cold Milk
1 tsp. Boullion Paste or Powder, Gluten Free if needed
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
¼ tsp. Onion Powder
¼ - ½ tsp. Salt
⅛ tsp. Dried Thyme
⅛ tsp. Dried Parsley
⅛ tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbs. Cornstarch
1 ½ Tbs. Butter
1 4 oz. Can Sliced Mushrooms, Drained

Directions:
1. Add the first 9 Ingredients to a small saucepan and whisk to combine.
2. Add butter.
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking frequently.
4. Once the mixture has boiled and thickened, add mushrooms.
5. Use in place of store-bought condensed cream of mushroom soup.
