High protein beetroot cutlets. No protein powder, no soy chunks. This recipe uses boiled soya beans, beetroots, and other staple ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
Boiled soy beans - 1 & 1/2 cups
Boiled beetroot - 2
Chopped onion - 1/2
Chopped green chillies - 1
Chopped garlic - 4 cloves
Garam masala
Salt
Besan / Chickpea flour - 1/4 cup
METHOD:
1. Boil soybeans and beetroot in pressure cooker.
2. Blend them in a food processor or mash them by hand
3. Mix all the other ingredients into the minced mixture.
4. Shape into patties and shallow fry in a little oil.
