Try this delicious mixed dosa made with ingredients readily available at home - The Weekend Chef

Ingredients:
For dosa:
Rice
Chana dal
Urad dal
Moong dal
water
salt
chopped onions
ginger
green chilli
cumin seeds
oil

For chutney:
Onions
Tomatoes
Dry red chilli
Cumin seeds
Chana dal
Tamarind
Salt
Water

Cooking Method:
Dosa:
Soak equal quantities of rice, chana dal, urad dal, moong dal overnight and grind it into fine batter, add salt as required,
finely chop onions, ginger, green chilli and add some cumin seeds to the mixture to garnish on top of dosa, pour the batter on a hot tawa or pan to make dosa and add the veg ingredients on top and cook the dosa well on both sides,
make any chutney of your choice and enjoy this high protein healthy veg breakfast.

Chutney:
Heat oil in a pan and add 1tsp cumin seeds 2tsp Chana dal,chopped onions,tomatoes,dry red chilli and sauté till onions turn translucent and the water in onions and tomatoes evaporates,switch off the stove and add tamarind and let it cook down, grind the mixture to paste and add salt & water as required.
