My Vegan Tofu Bowl | Vegan Dinner | Couscous veggie bowl

Ingredient :
- 1/2 cup Couscous
- 1/2 cup soaked and boiled brown lentil
- Tofu
- 1 tablespoon Garlic
- Green onion
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil ( any oil of choice)
- Coriander leaves
- Lemon

For Bowl preparation - Onion, red pepper, green pepper, carrot, corn, tomato, cranberry, Avocado ( use what you like)

Recipe :
1. Soak brown lentil 4-5 hours or overnight than boil it.
2. Boil water than add couscous, now turn off heat and cover lid for 5 minutes.
3. Take a tofu slice and roast it from both sides with salt and pepper.
4. In a pan add olive oil. Now add chopped garlic and roast it until turn light brown. Now add chopped green onion.Mix it with brown lentil and couscous. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Switch off flame now.
5. To make a bowl add vegetables, nuts & sauce of your choice.
