Garlic Glazed Tofu

Ingredients:
- 500g or 1 block of tofu
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 green onion
- Sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil

Sauce:
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp liquid palm sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (kecap asin)

Instructions:
1. Dry the tofu and cut it as desired.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat the oil and fry the tofu until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the sauce (sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, and liquid palm sugar). Mix well.
5. Return the tofu to the pan and ensure the tofu is evenly coated with the sauce.
6. Transfer the tofu to a plate, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds, and it’s ready to serve.
