Welcome to Day seven of 21 Day Feb WL Challenge where I am sharing, what I as Dietitian Eats and Drinks in a day.
From morning lukewarm water to a high protein dinner, stay tuned and watch this series on the food choices, I Manju Malik as a Dietitian makes to stay on top form.
I know that between work, family, and social demands, it’s hard to carve out time to eat clean on a daily basis. To give inspiration, and sample meal ideas I have started these daily vlogs on what I eat on an average day.

Extremely happy for successful completing the first week of this challenge,2 more to go phew.

Here’s the details of my day 7 meal plan

Breakfast 8:40am
Omelette ( 1 whole egg + 2 egg white )
With 1/2 Zucchini
Roasted Mushrooms + 1 tomato

Protein 17g

Mid Morning : 11:40am
One Banana
Protein = 1.5g

Lunch 1:40pm
Paneer Pulao +
1/2 Cup Sprouts
With Raita
Protein 12g

Winter detox/infused water 40 min post lunch

Evening Snack 5:15pm one homemade Gond nuts & seeds Ladoo

4g protein

Dinner 7:50 pm
2 Roti Roll With hummus
& tofu veggies Burji
Protein 15g

Bedtime milk (8:40 Pm)
Hot Chocolate with ashwaganda


Total day calories 2100-2200 cal
Protein : 52-57g
