INGREDIENTS
Sugar - 100g
Water - 2 Tbsp (Hot)

Condensed Milk - 395g (Small Tin)
Milk - 300ml (295g)
Eggs - 4 Large
Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp
Sugar - 50g

When prepared, the caramel sauce is poured into the bottom of a mold or individual ramekins, followed by the custard mixture.
After steam cooking to ensure even cooking and prevent curdling, the pudding is chilled until set.
