Black Rice Dosa

Do you know black rice is extremely nutritious and beneficial for our good health?

Ingredients:
1 cup black rice
3/4 cup black urad dal
1 sp fenugreek seed

Wash and rinse the above ingredients, soak them for 4-5hrs.
Then grind with little water make a fine batter.
Cover and keep it in room temperature for fermentation process for 7-8hrs or overnight.
Then add salt to taste, water if required. Mix well, pour it on greased hot tawa. Using a ladle make a dosa and cover and let it cook. Spread oil or ghee.
Serve the dosas with chutney and sambar.
