Recipe
3 cups Rice
1 cup whole fridge daal
1/4 cup chana daal
1tbsp methi Dana
Soak daal and rice separately for 10-12 hours then grind separately. Mix them with hand for better fermentation. Let it ferment for 12 hours at warm place. Batter will be ready, store in fridge and use within one week.
