Does your kid eat like the first option or the second?
Mine used to eat everything before the picky switch flipped— and if that happened to you too, you are definitely not alone. It’s also sooo not your fault.
The people who say that they don’t get picky if you feed them a variety…they just didn’t get picky kids!
And when they will *only* eat the beige foods despite offering a variety…you can have some tricks up your sleeve to maximize their nutrition.
I cooked this orzo in bone broth (I did 2 cups bone broth and 1 cup water) so it would absorb some of that protein, and then stirred in both olive oil and a little butter so I could get in a healthy fat but still have that buttery taste they like.
If they won’t eat a veggie, you can totally serve a fruit with every meal so they hit their fruit and veggie needs daily. They can still get what they need without vegetables!
