✅ Ingredients
1 Cup yellow mungdal
1/4 Cup rice flour
Handful of spinach
1 garlic clove
1/2 Cup water
Salt as per taste
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp cumin coriander seed powder
Cilantro as per liking

Wash and soak mung daal for 2 hours.
Add soaked mungdal to blender also add spinach garlic cilantro.
Add rice flour, spices, salt and mix well
Heat a pan and add little ghee on pan.
Pour prepared batter.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes from each side.
Serve once cool down completely with curd or as is ✅
