Materials

100 ml of warm water

100 ml of warm milk

100 ml of yogurt

100 ml of vegetable oil

1 egg

10 g of dry yeast

3 tablespoons of sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

5 cups of flour (the volume of the cup is 200 ml)

inside: white cheese and cheddar cheese (you can add whatever you want)

For the top: 1 egg yolk + 1 teaspoon of milk.
Bake at 180* for 25 minutes
