Vegetable Quinoa ✅

Ingredients:-
- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans,
cauliflower, etc.)
= 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 bay leaf
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons ghee/ oil

Recipe :-
1. Rinse quinoa under cold water and set aside.

2. In a pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds.Once they splutter, add chopped onions. Sauté until onions are golden brown.

3. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.

4. Add quinoa,, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

5.Pour in 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until quinoa is cooked and water is absorbed (about 15-20 minutes).

6. Fluff the quinoa gently with a fork. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

7. Serve hot and enjoy your nutritious
