Ingredients:
100 g levain ( if you dont use sourdough you can use 10 gr instant yeast)
140 g @naturescharm sweetened condensed oat milk
140 g oat milk
400 g bread flour
70 g vegan butter
70 g sugar
1 tsp salt
For the filling:
1 tablespoons butter
@naturescharm Coconut chocolate fudge sauce
Walnuts

At night, I took 20 g of main starter and prepared levain with 40 g of flour and 40 g of water.
In the morning, while my levain gets doubled I mix all the ingredients and knead them.
When the dough rises ( about 4 hours later) and doesn't to stick my hands ,I rolled out the dough on a lightly floured surface and shaped it into a rectangle which is about 45x35cm. Using a spatula, I spread the chocolate mixture over the rectangle.Then I rolled it and gave it a shape like a long log. I cut the long log in to two parts.
I braided it by open parts leading upwards. Then I carefully lifted the babka into a loaf pan and left it to rest in a warm place until it rises twice and becomes lighter.
Finally I preheated the oven to 350°F/175°C, baked it for 30-35 minutes, until it got golden brown on top.
