Ingredients :

4 tbsp Greek yogurt
4 tbsp Chia seeds
1 cup Milk
2 tbsp Honey / maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla

Topping - Any fruits, nuts and granola

Methods :

In a medium bowl, add the yogurt, chia seeds, milk, honey and vanilla. Whisk to combine, cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.

Top with any fruits, nuts and granola.
