Crockpot pepper steak! This was delicious even all the kids ate it! I served it over mashed potatoes and made fresh gluten free bread to dip in the yummy sauces. Let me know if you want an easy bread reel!
1.) put 2 lbs beef sirloin strips (I use beef stir fry) in your crockpot.
2.) chop 3 peppers (I used colorful peppers you want them cut thick), a large onion and 3 garlic cloves
2.) heat up 3/4 cup of beef broth, stir in 3 teaspoons of better than bouillon, 1/4 cup liquid aminos (I use thrive market brand I could drink this stuff lol) you can use soy sauce instead, 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon salt & two tablespoons of cornstarch (I usually use arrowroot but was out and I don’t have cornstarch so I just used gluten free flour)
3.) pour your sauce over your meat, add your veggies in.
4.) cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6.
