I’m kicking 2025 off by eating raw vegan for 7 days with my dope community on my broadcast channel! Raw Red Pepper Mango Noodles (Jicama Noodles)
This is the first time I have eaten raw vegan food for seven days. I have done many three-day journeys, but this one will challenge me. I will be traveling for the last four days, which will be uncomfortable, but growth follows when you are uncomfortable. I want to feel my best this year and am ready to do the work.

Raw Red Pepper Mango Noodles (Jicama Noodles)
Jicama Noodles
One large jicama
2 tsp of lime
pinch of salt
Mango Cashew Sauce
1 cup of soaked raw cashews
2/3 cup of spring water
One chopped mango
2 Tbsp of hemp seeds
1 Tbsp of raw agave
1 Tbsp of lime juice
1/4 cup of onion
Small handful of cilantro
3 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Other Ingredients
Chopped-dried Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Cilantro (Garnish)
Red pepper flakes (Garnish)
Sprouted mixed seeds (Optional)
Step 1. Peel and cut jicama. Add to a spiralizer and create noodles.
Step 2. Add all the ingredients for the spicy mango sauce to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Enjoy with dried sun-dried tomatoes, cilantro, red pepper flakes, and sprouted mixed seeds. Enjoy!
