your fresh fish will only stay fresh if you cook it on the day you buy it - if you don’t intend to do that, remember to freeze your fish and defrost it fully before using it!
take it easy - it’s totally okay if you don’t get it right at first. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve messed up cooking my fish! like any skill, it takes time and practice, so don’t be too hard on yourself if it doesn’t pan out the way you want it to ❤️
