Market-Fresh Fish: Cook and Serve in One Dish

You can grab your fresh fish straight from the market, take it to your kitchen, cook it, and serve it all in the same dish.

Ingredients
Whole garlic
Half a capsicum
Small onion
One lemon (minus the rind)
Parsley Fresh bunch
1 Cup White wine
Large mushroom (or five button mushrooms)
3 Tbs butter
Salt and pepper.

Method
Brown the onion, capsicum, and mushrooms with butter. Then, stuff your fish with this mixture, add a sprinkle of fresh salt and pepper.

Top it off with onion, lemon slices, and parsley for garnish. Cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes with your lid on (timing depends on the size of your fish).
Serve with some fresh rice and take it to your family feast!
