Recipe:
In a pan dry roast thandai mix for 2 min on low flame and grind to powder
In a bowl mix well the below mentioned ingredients and keep aside for 10 min.
1Cup hot milk
1/4 cup thandai mix
In a large bowl add below mentioned ingredients and mix it well
1/2 cup Oil
3/4 cup powdered Sugar
1 tsp Rose water
1 tbsp Vinegar
The thandai milk
11/2 cup maida
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
2tbsp chopped nuts
Bake in oven for 30 min at 180° and enjoy the cake this HOLI with your family and friends.
