Ingredients
5 Tablespoon - Mustard/ Groundnut Oil
1 Tablespoon - Cumin Seeds
1 Tablespoon - Mustard Seeds
1 Tablespoon - Turmeric powder
1 Tablespoon - Coriander seeds powder
1 Tablespoon - Red Chilli powder
6-7 Green Chilli
1 Bud - Garlic
3-4 - Onion
5-6 Desi Tomato
1/2 Kg - Boiled Taro (Arbi)
Salt as per taste
Method
Heat Oil in a fry pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chilli and garlic. Add onion, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder followed by tomatoes and salt. When all the ingredients are cooked then add boiled arbi stir the vegetable for 2-3 minutes. Ready to serve.
