Easy Sourdough flatbread
Enjoy with homemade hummus, tzatziki, or these are great for gyros!

2 cups flour
1 cup starter
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk (I used dairy alternative)
Olive oil for pan

Mix ingredients
Knead a little
Cover and let rest for 2-4 hours or overnight if you are busy
Cut in portions
Roll out on lightly floured surface
Place in hot pan with a little oil

Enjoy!
