// INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):
- 200 gr of Linguine
- 200 gr of frozen peas (to add to the cooking pasta in the last 3 mins of cooking)
- 1 little gem salad, the sad one that you couldn't remember you had at the back of the fridge and now it looks, well, sad af
- 1 large garlic clove
- 15 gr of chopped parsley
- 15 gr of basil leaves
- 30 gr of Vegan grated parmesan (mix 200 gr of cashew nuts, 20 gr of nooch and 1 tsp and process. You can use the rest for other recipes with pasta. And you can thank me later)
- juice of one lemon
- extra virgin olive oil
- more Vegan grated parmesan to top
