1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/2 Tbsp Baking Cocoa
2 Tbsp Low Carb Sweetener (Like Allulose or Keto Maple Syrup)
(Or 1 Tbsp or Honey or Maple Syrup)
1/4 tsp Peppermint Extract
Optional
1 Scoop of Protein Powder
Chocolate drizzle
(to make chocolate sauce, simply add some chocolate chips and mix in a tiny bit of coconut oil heated up in the microwave for about 10 to 15 seconds and then stir it, repeat until it’s melted)
Directions
Start by squeezing some of the water out of your cottage cheese using a cheese cloth. You can skip this step if you are adding the protein powder, however.
