INGREDIENTS:

●Potatoes - 700 g
●Sausages - 6 pcs
●Corn starch - 4 tbsp. l
●Salt - 1 tsp.
●Black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
●Vegetable oil - 150 ml

1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes.
2. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, pour boiling water over them and boil for 15-20 minutes. Drain the water and mash potatoes until puree.
