Beet Greens Moonglet

Wholesome and flavorful Beet Greens Moonglet– a nutritious twist on classic moong dal chilla and featuring a burst of freshness from seasonal leaves!

Ingredients:
I cup chopped beet greens
1 cup moong dal
1 green chilli
1/2 inch ginger
1 onion
Handful of coriander leaves
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sesame
Salt as per taste

Method: First soak the moong for 1 hr then blend with onion, ginger, garlic. Then add chopped beet greens .
Blend again. Add spices and salt as per taste.
Pour it on hot greased tawa. Grate some beet. Add some oil , cook both sides
Enjoy with chutney.
