Ingredients (Spinach lentils rice)
1/4 cup rice
1/4 cup masoor dal
1/4 cup Spinach
1 tsp oil
1 inch ginger
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp cumin
1green chilli
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala( homemade)
1.25 cup water
Salt as per taste

Ivy gourd Palya
250 gms ivy gourd
1 tsp turmeric ( while steaming)
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp cumin
2 red chilli
1 tsp hing
6-7 curry leaves
3 tbsp freshly grated coconut
