Whenever I'm in a calorie deficit, these are my go-to low calorie food items PART 26

Kimchi
- Super low calorie (also most pickles are as well!)
- Very versatile as you can just have it with meat to save calories or there are a lot of recipes out there that use Kimchi
- Great source of probiotics!
- Smells like fart

Slurpee
- A slurpee but no sugar AND you can get a giant cup for it... Nothing else needs to be said
