My first time to taste this recipe "sinigang na kukod ng baka". It's a bit similar to bulalo. We chanced upon Randy's Kambingan along the road at Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya on our way to Baguio City. We tried their viands like adobong pato, kalderetang kambing and fried buneg.


Bulalô is a beef dish from the Philippines. It is a light-colored soup that is made by cooking beef shanks and bone marrow until the collagen and fat have been melted into the clear broth. It typically includes leafy vegetables, corn on the cob, scallions, onions, garlic, ginger, and fish sauce. Wikipedia
