Chia Seed Pudding with Raspberry & Yogurt

Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp chia seeds
• ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
• 150 ml (⅔ cup) almond milk
• 2 tbsp yogurt (for topping)
• 2 tbsp mashed fresh raspberries (for topping)
• Coconut flakes (for garnish)
• Extra raspberries (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, honey, and almond milk. Stir well.
2. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
4. When ready to serve, top with yogurt, mashed raspberries, and coconut flakes. Garnish with extra raspberries. Enjoy!
