Homemade cream cheese

Recipe:

Take 1 litre full fat milk and add 200ml fresh cream to that
Put it on heat and stir till it shimmer
Add 3 tablespoons of vinegar and stir it till curdles
Strain the same in a muslin cloth
Add the strained cheese to a blender with some salt and blend till smooth
Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours
And the cream cheese is ready
Use it as is like a spread or use it in any recipe you want
