25 MIN Mediterranean Escape - impress yourself with this spread
A dollop of Greek yogurt
A dollop of hummus
1 hard boiled egg (can replace with smoked salmon or turkey bacon)
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced cherry tomatoes
Kalamata olives
Feta cheese
Rye toast
Sautéed mushrooms
Kimchi
Avocado
Dried basil
Rosemary for garnish

I love this because it’s a little bit of everything and a fun way to eat breakfast

Need something more simple?

7 MIN (or less)- snatched smoke salmon wrap
Carb smart tortilla wrap
Dollop of cream cheese
Dollop of hummus
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced tomatoes
Finely chopped spinach
Dried basil
Salt & pepper to taste (you could even add a squeeze of lemon)

Wrap it up and you’re good to go!

Prefer to have something on the sweeter side?

5 MIN whipped protein yogurt on the go
4-5 scoops of Greek yogurt
Half a scoop of vanilla protein powder
(Whip it up)
Toppings:
Blueberries
Raspberries
Sliced almonds
Chocolate chunks
