●Egg - 5 pcs
●Black pepper - ½ tsp
●Wheat flour - 1 tbsp
●Cabbage - 200 g
●Carrots - 100 g
●Sausage - 70 g
●Green onions - 15 g
●Salt - to taste
●Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
●Cheese - 3 slices
1. Break 2 eggs into a deep bowl, add pepper and flour.
2. Mix until smooth.
3. Add cabbage, carrots, ham and herbs, salt and mix well.
4. Place in portions on a preheated frying pan.
5. Make a depression in the center of each portion.
6. Fry for 5 minutes on each side and add 1 egg to the center, cover with a slice of cheese.
7. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
