This is the perfect beef stew for a weeknight meal, perfect for a busy family with not a lot of time. We are saving time by not browning the beef, we lose a bit of flavor but this makes it a lot more convenient! Turn your oven into a slow cooker for easy cooking

Recipe:
2 tbsp oil
35g diced onion
35g diced carrots
30g diced celery
50g mushrooms chopped in half
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp tomato paste or 1 cup of tomato sauce
1 tsp of dried herbs
1/2 tsp of dried spices(I used paprika)
1kg of beef, rough dice
4 cups of beef or chicken broth
Bake at 100C for 7/8 hours or 120C for 5/6 hours
