Hearty Beef Stew with Vegetables

Ingredientes:

2 potatoes
1 carrot
500 g of beef
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Soy sauce to taste
1 chopped onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 chopped tomatoes
200 g of tomato sauce
Chopped parsley to taste
Preparation Time:

Marinate: Let the beef marinate for 30 minutes
Cook: Simmer the beef for 20 minutes
Cook further: Add vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes #shorts
