Ingredients:
1. Cauliflower.
2. 2 teaspoons of Turmeric Powder.
3. 1 teaspoon of Chilli Powder.
4. Mustard Seeds.
5. Curry Leaves.
6. 2 Cloves of Garlic.
7. A piece of Ginger.
8. Oil
9. Salt
10. Hot Water

Procedure:
1. Take Cauliflower.
2. Add some Turmeric Powder, Salt and Hot Water to it.
3. Filter the water from it.
4. This is done to remove dirt, insects and worms from the cauliflower.
5. Take a frying pan.
6. Add some oil to it.
7. Add Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves.
8. Add grinded Ginger and Garlic to it.
9. Sauté well.
10. Finally, add the Cauliflower to the frying pan.
11. Add Turmeric Powder and Chilli Powder.
12. Sauté well.
13. Add some more water and some extra curry leaves.
14. Let it fry for some time.
15. The dish is ready to serve.
