You’ll need:
Carrots
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Garlic powder

Start by cutting the carrots into evenly sized pieces. Cook them until tender. Spread oil on a baking sheet and place them on it. Crush the cooked carrots and sprinkle Parmesan and a little garlic powder (if desired) over them. Then, bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
