Creamy Air-Fried Potatoes
Start by boiling the potatoes for 10-15 minutes until they're just tender. Season them with vegan butter and a blend of your favorite spices—I used chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 400°F for about 25 minutes, or until they're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
