Homemade Jam Overnight Oats (refined sugar free)
Perfect for summers and for the days you are super busy .

Another overnight oats recipe packed with flavor of homemade jam with maple syrup ( Recipe is on my feed ) . You can use store bought jam too . It’s delicious, creamy and right amount of sweetness and yes it’s vegan and free if any refined sugar .

Ingredients

1/2 cup instant oats ( I used Trader Joe’s instant oats )
1 cup Almond Milk or any milk
1 tbsb Chia seeds
Choice of nuts and fruits before serving. I added pistachios and more fresh strawberries
2 tbsb homemade berries Jam ( I used homemade.,process of making it on my feed )
2 tbsb almond butter powder ( skip it if you don’t have it or you can add any protein powder if your choice )

I have not added any extra sugar for sweetness as jam provide enough sweetness , you can taste and add more sweetner of your choice

Mix all the ingredients in any jar or bowl and referigerate overnight . Before serving add nuts and fruits of your choice . I have added more berries and pistachios
