I LOVE Poha but I never thought I would use it to substitute Oats and this recipe absolutely changed. Hear me out with this one, you've GOT to try this at home because it's SO SO good!!!!
Here's how you can make this recipe at home ☺️
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Poha flakes
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 Tablespoons raw sugar
- 2 Tablespoons nut butter of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 4 Tablespoons chocolate chips
- 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp cacao nibs
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine Poha flakes, cocoa powder, milk, ripe banana, raw sugar, hazelnut butter, baking powder, and a pinch of sea salt.
2. Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth paste.
3. Mix in the chocolate chips.
4. Transfer the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl and garnish with additional chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, and cacao nibs.
5. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
6. Enjoy your delicious Baked Poha!
