Sattu Ragi Laddoo
This delectable laddo is not only rich in natural proteins but also makes for a perfect chai snack. Its delightful taste will surely leave you craving for more!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Ghee
1 cup Sattu flour
3/4 cup ragi flour
2 tbsp sunflower seed
10-12 cashews
2-3 tbsp dry Jaggery
1/4 cardamom powder
In a pan, add ghee and sauté sattu flour and ragi flour on medium heat till aromatic.
Then add powdered cashews and sunflower seed powder. Slightly let it cool.
Place this mixture into a blender jar, add cardamom powder and jaggery, and blend it.
When it is warm, make small laddoos.
Life: Store for up to 10 days at room temperature.
Note: If you are making this for toddlers or kids, add a little more ghee and make it soft.
