3-INGREDIENT HIGH PROTEIN QUESO is what should be part of your Game Day spread because it is 10/10 delicious! I can’t stop putting cottage cheese in almost everything lately, including in this yummy dip! All you have to do is blend together cottage cheese and taco seasoning until completely smooth, then transfer to it a bowl, add cheese, melt in the microwave and then mix together until smooth — HOW EASY IS THAT!? Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!

Makes 2 cups of queso
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese (I use @goodculture whole milk cottage cheese, it is the BEST)
3 tb taco seasoning (@sietefoods, always)
1 cup Mexican blend cheese
Garnishes: chopped onions and cilantro

In a blender, add the cottage cheese and taco seasoning. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the cheese. Place in the microwave in 2-3 30-second increments, mixing in between, until smooth. If you do not want to use the microwave, simply transfer the mixture to an oven safe dish and bake at 350F for 10 minutes or so until the cheese has melted. Then mix together well. Transfer to a serving dish. Top with finely chopped red onion and cilantro. Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
